Jewelbasket has some good deals, like a black pearl ring set in 14kt white gold that features a 10mm AA greenish-black Tahitian pearl with 26 pave diamonds in a twisted contemporary design for $704. This piece is good value considering that round Tahitian pearls are investment grade, and this particular piece has a suggested retail price of over $1,000.

Jewelbasket ships internationally, so it’s easy to order anywhere in the world.

Blue Engagement Rings

Another choice piece they have for sale is a greenish-blue Tahitian pearl set in 14K white gold. The 9mm grade AA pearl is lustrous in a twisted band that swirls to gently hug the gem. If you’ve been searching for high quality affordable blue engagement rings, this piece may be just the one. It’s valued at almost $800, but is retailing through Jewelbasket for just $440.

For matching black pearl jewelry, select pearl earrings that start at just $125, or identical matching sets between $200 and $600.

Light Black Pearl Rings

A black pearl ring is not always black in the true sense of the word, often it’s very light; for example this large Tahitian pearl, which is categorized as black, is in fact an iridescent olive green color. It’s available from Jewelbasket for $852, which is a good price since the pearl is 10mm, the band is solid 14k gold, and although they are difficult to see in the picture, the open tips of the twisting band have a diamond imbedded for a subtle touch of sparkle.

Dark Purple Pearl Ring

For a rich, dark purple pearl ring, there’s a graceful design, also with a large 8mm Tahitian black pearl, set in a white gold mounting with cut-out details and hand engraved motifs along the band. This piece is unique for pearl jewelry because the pearl is held in place with a peg and 4 prongs, like a gemstone, and the setting is more like a traditional diamond engagement ring than most designs with pearls. This piece has a suggested value of almost $1,500, yet is available through Jewelbasket for just $836.

Ross-Simons-Black-Pearl-Ring

Ross Simons Black Pearl Collection

In a similar rich lavender pearl ring design, there’s another fine piece by Ross Simons. It’s a black cultured pearl by definition but the lavender and purple tones are most dominate in this 10mm freshwater pearl. It’s set on a cabled band with a series of diamonds, priced at just $295. The luster of this pearl is outstanding and the design is a classic.

Black Pearl Cocktail Ring

This cultured pearl ring with diamonds has a 10mm freshwater pearl with a ruffle accented by .10 carats of diamonds in a solid 14k white gold mounting and is only $295. This is just one more unique set of jewelry from the Ross Simons pearl collection we recommend for design quality and low price.

Emitations-Black-Pearl-Ring0001

Funky Faux Black Pearl Creation by Emitations

We just can’t help but show you this fun and funky piece of faux black pearl jewelry by the famous imitation designer ring specialists – Emitations. It’s a crazy wild ring with zillions of black pearls and CZ gems on a sea urchin. It’s a unique twist on black and white pearl rings, since the white is from the cubic zirconia and the silver, and the black is lustrous even though it’s not real pearl. It’s called the Elizabeth Marie’s Sea Urchin Cocktail Ring and is priced at $399. We think it’s a fabulous eccentric ring for anyone who relished some dramatic evening bling to set them apart from the crowd!

Black Pearl Engagement Rings

For a seriously affordable black pearl engagement ring, there’s a perfect one at Heavenly Treasures for just $229. This piece is a 14k gold black pearl ring with diamonds galore, and the freshwater pearl is 8mm, so it’s just the right size to not be over the top and yet not so small as to get lost on your hand. This is perhaps one of the best buys you’ll find online in this style of solid gold band with diamonds and a black pearl.

Two Pearl Ring

There’s one other pearl engagement ring that’s elegant and unique. It’s a two pearl ring style with one champagne and one black pearl in a double swirling shank that’s carved with filigree-style designs. It’s delicate and yet large enough to have two 9.5mm pearls and .54 carats of diamonds in a solid white gold band. It costs a little more than the others, but is well worth it. It’s $1,495, and it’s doubtful you’ll need to add a wedding band to this masterpiece, it’s one of those designs that is an engagement and wedding ring all in one.

Matching pearl stud earrings cost only about $100, and a pendant with gold chain is only $1,295, which includes two 11.5mm pearls in a swirling sea of diamonds.
